Preheating

1Each roller surface is treated with exactitude milling and chrome plating, glorious and durable.
2Electro motion adjusts wrap angles, able to adjust the pre-heating area of paper within the range of 60-270°.
3The size of wrapping Angle is controlled by electric motor, which can change the heating area of the face paper on the preheating cylinder, and also ensure the heating temperature of the face paper when the steam pressure is low, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
4Preheating roller paper guide roller adopts gb 110mm seamless steel tube electroplating treatment. Using helical turbine reducer with sprocket to adjust the surface paper preheating area
5Electro motion adjusts wrap angles, suitable to different papers and different trolley speeds.
 

Single Facer 

1.The paper guide adopts wind adsorption to maintain the stability of corrugated sheet at high speed.
2.Corrugated by fan through the vacuo box will be adsorbed in the corrugated rollers within 180 degrees to form a negative pressure zone, corrugated rolling
3.The width of the suction groove of the lower corrugated roller is not more than 2.0-2.5mm, which can reduce the trace of single corrugated board dry line.
4.The transmission department adopts the chain transmission of the oil-immersed gearbox for reliable operation and higher maintenance
5.Using circulating glue supply, pneumatic glue loading and reset, with buffering effect, electric adjustment of the width of glue coating surface, convenient and quick. The surface of the cots is treated with special anilox and chrome plating.
6.When the single-sided machine is used in steam heating mode, the tile paper can be equipped with a spray device to soften the paper and prevent tooth blasting, so as to ensure that the tile paper is conducive to forming and improve the flatness and production speed of the paperboard.
 

Double Facer

1.The whole structure is made of high strength wide channel steel for stable running at high speed.
2.The touch plate is applied to both hot part and cooling part for auto stable lifting with safety and reliabiliy.
3.The hot plate is professionally fabricated as per the National Safety Standard of Pressure Vessel with S-shape airflow design inside to improve the steam use ratio with multi-piece reinforcing ribs welded to keep them in shape under high temperature .
4.The steam inlet and outlet in the pipeline are crossed for uniform temperature cf ho plates.
5.The drive pa adopts large diameter anilox wearable rubber o reduce the frequency of belt sipping for high running stability
6.The main drive shaft is matched with speed encoder to be online with pasting machine.
7.The frequency motor is adopted for wide-range speed adjusting and stable running.
8.The separate drive box is in bevel gear structure with high precision and strength gears made of good quality alloy steel treated with heating and fine fabricating for low noise and large transmitted torque, easy far service and maintenance.
9.The separate oil pumps matched with purple cooper tubes are arranged af bearing and ear locations for cooling to improve the use life of gear box.
 

Slitting&Scoring Machine 

1.Electric adjusted the space of slitter blade,auto pneumatic locking,Double guide optical axis, Double locking cylinder, stable operation, Convenient adjustment.The knife rest built-in polyurethane rubber, dust prevention,reduce the failure rate.
2.Under the scorer for driving wheel,six-rowed axis drive,paper smooth.Above&lower scorer can synchronous adjustment, Above scorer can be fine-tuning.
3.Slitting partadopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
4.Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type, it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
5.Adopt eight roll, two roll-rang feeding, then scoring ,easy to ad -justment.lt could be do slitting only without scoring, avoid error when scoring.
6.Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet. HRB bearing, long time running.
 

Conveyor Overbridge

1. Independent frequency motor lifting mechanism, PVC conveyor belt, a single watt of cardboard into a wavy rule stable.
2. All roller surface after grinding hard chrome plated.
3. Vacuum adsorption tension control, 5-inch suction tube, add regulator valve, air volume stepless adjustable air volume.
4. Electric corrective devices II sets, correction baffle double guide column positioning, Screw Driver; positioning fast and accurate , smooth running
5. This machine adopts the suction straining system, applies high-voltage centrifugal variable-frequency blower to vacuum adsorbing and straining the cardboard and makes electro motion corrections of deflection to ensure the cardboard stuck firmly and level off.
6. Two groups of operation panels are installed and controlled by electrics, which can be adjusted on or off the bridge.
7. The paper collecting part adopts sync independent variable-frequency driver and single facer, which transmits the single side corrugated cardboard fabricated by all single facers to the overbridge, keeps certain storing quantity there to make up for the varying speeds of production line and then sends them to the multi-roller pre-heater for pre-heating as well as to the glue machine and double facer for gluing and shaping.
8. This machine is equipped with paper feeding stand, which adopts dual transmission slope device. The stacking speed is a little low, able to form waveform overlaps and reach the purpose of storing corrugated cardboards of single facer.
 

Pasting Machine

1.Each of the glue rolls controlled by separate transducer motor to ensures all rolls running with the same pace and running singly.
 2.Because each roll is controlled by separated transducer,while the glue roller is renewed,it can also ensure the rolls running with the same speed by transducer adjustment.
 3.Controlling quantity of pasting glue.
 4.Manual controlling:Press the button that controls to adjust the clearance to ensure paste enough glue.
 5.Auto-controlling:The coder and PLC auto-controls according to the change of the speed.
 6.And with inter-face appear control,to ensure glue when machine work in high or slow speed and the corrugated paper quality.
 7.Stop machine,contact bar raise automatic,glue roller will revovle automatically.
 8.Press roll and press bar are optional.
 

Stacker Machine

1.Paperboard receiving arm can choose manual or automatic operation.
2.Paperboard receiving arm belts adjusted the tightness alone,without the belt length limit.
3.Strong chain driven stacking platform lift.
4.Stacking height 1800mm.
5.Platform lift drive motor with the brake function to ensure the platform in the fixed position.
6.Plane wrinkles climbing belt to prevent the decline of cardboard.
7.Installed safety protect device,make the platform lifting in the control,ensure the worker's safety.
